  Steve Brown received his B.A. degree in Psychology from St. Louis University in 1967. He received his J.D. degree from Boston College Law School in 1970. He is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of Missouri, the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan Saint Louis, and the National Employment Lawyers Associations. He has litigated on behalf of clients in all of the referenced courts and has negotiated many client disputes with and without the aid of mediation and arbitration.

Lorne J. Baker, Associate Attorney, received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan in 1990 and his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri School of Law, Columbia, Missouri in 1993. He is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of Missouri, and the Federal Court for Eastern Missouri. He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association and the Bar Association of Metropolitan Saint Louis. Mr. Baker has broad experience in litigating criminal charges from both the prosecutorial and defense perspectives and serves as an adjunct professor teaching Criminal Law at the University of Missouri at St. Louis. Formerly, he was an assistant Missouri Public Defender in the St. Louis City Trial Office and prosecutor with the St. Louis County Counselor?s Office; and presently serves as the Prosecuting Attorney for the Village of Hillsdale.
